The F&B program at Capella Bangkok was designed as a collection of destination-driven experiences combining Thai authenticity, international culinary prestige, riverside lifestyle energy, and luxury social dining.
The all-day Thai restaurant successfully evolved beyond a hotel venue to become one of Bangkok’s leading “hi-so” breakfast and lifestyle destinations, blending indoor-outdoor dining, authentic Thai cuisine, and relaxed riverside atmosphere.
The hotel’s international culinary positioning was further elevated through the collaboration with Mauro Colagreco, one of the world’s most influential chefs and World’s Best Chef 2019 by The World's 50 Best Restaurants. His Riviera-inspired fine dining concept quickly established itself as one of Bangkok’s leading gastronomic destinations, earning two Michelin stars and contributing to the hotel’s global recognition.
The program was complemented by a vibrant cocktail and tapas bar focused on creative mixology and social energy, alongside a dramatic riverside ballroom featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic river views, becoming one of Bangkok’s most desirable luxury event venues.
