One of the most rewarding and technically complex projects we have been involved in was the transformation of a former office building into a luxury hotel with a distinctive food and beverage program, alongside the conversion of a former bank into a multi-level destination dedicated entirely to exceptional beverage experiences.

Repurposing buildings never designed for hospitality required overcoming significant operational and technical challenges. Guest circulation, vertical connectivity, service logistics, production areas, storage, and back-of-house efficiency all had to be carefully integrated while preserving the integrity of the design vision.

Working alongside internationally acclaimed designers MSDO and Andre Fu was both exciting and highly collaborative. Together, we helped translate ambitious architectural concepts into operationally efficient hospitality destinations.

The hotel's F&B program was built around a collection of highly differentiated concepts, including a classic grill centred on live-fire cooking, an intimate Cantonese restaurant, an artisanal Pâtisserie, and a refined omakase experience inspired by the traditions of a Japanese ryokan.

Complementing the hotel, the beverage destination featured three distinct and highly immersive experiences: cocktails inspired by local terroir, a sophisticated spirits and Champagne lounge, and a music-driven bar blending precision mixology with culture and entertainment.

What began as an office building and an unused bank became a world-class hospitality destination, transforming overlooked real estate into a landmark asset through a powerful collection of restaurants, bars, and experiences.
