My journey begins at Ferrandi School, where I learned the fundamentals of pastry within the Fauchon house under Chef François Daubinet.
Continuing my apprenticeship, I trained in bakery at the Boulangerie du Bristol. I then joined Pré Catelan, where I had the opportunity to discover the world of fine dining and desserts with Chef Tom Coll.
Next, I joined Chef Angelo Musa’s brigade at the Plaza Athénée to experience palace-level pastry.
My path led me to the Paris School of Bakery and Pastry, where I won the finals of the Best Apprentice of France competition and later served as a Junior Trainer at the school.
In January 2024, I won the Junior Pastry World Cup with the French team.
Now a consultant, I assist clients in developing their offerings by creating customized, tailored creations to suit their needs.
In April 2025, I was selected among Forbes’ 30 Under 30, an annual award recognizing the 30 most talented and influential young people under 30 in their field.
