The F&B program was conceived as a collection of highly differentiated culinary and social experiences rooted in seasonality, craftsmanship, fire cooking, music, and emotional connection to place.
The signature restaurant explores a slower and more intentional approach to dining inspired by Japan’s 72 micro-seasons, emphasizing local producers, garden ingredients, fermentation, and plant-forward cuisine. Open kitchens, natural materials, eco-conscious design, and strong connection to outdoor gardens create a calm and grounded atmosphere deeply connected to nature.
The teppanyaki restaurant reinterprets Japanese culinary theatre through an intimate and contemporary counter dining experience inspired by the samurai heritage of Osaka Castle, combining precision, craftsmanship, and chef interaction within a warm and refined environment.
The tea lounge introduces a quieter and more contemplative experience centered around regional teas, artisanal sweets, natural light, soft textures, and peaceful ritual.
The Spanish restaurant brings stronger social energy through a contemporary Basque grill concept focused on charcoal fire, wood ovens, premium ingredients, and vibrant sharing culture. Open-fire cooking, warmer materials, dramatic ceiling features, and panoramic views create a lively yet sophisticated destination for social dining.
Complementing the restaurants, the listening lounge offers an intimate after-dinner experience inspired by Japan’s audiophile culture, combining curated vinyl sessions, handcrafted sound systems, cocktails, and immersive acoustics within a warm and sensory atmosphere.
