At Patina Maldives, the ambition was to create ten distinct restaurant concepts, each with its own identity, personality, and culinary narrative — all within spaces that had already been architecturally designed. The goal was clear: to build one of the most exciting and diverse F&B programs in the Maldives, transforming dining into a signature attraction of the resort and a defining element of the guest experience.
The challenge intensified with the pressure of opening all venues during the height of COVID, with only three months to execute branding, culinary development, operational systems, and full team training.
Outcome: Through extraordinary teamwork, creativity, and resilience, the project became a remarkable success story. The collection of restaurants launched smoothly, resonated strongly with guests, and established Patina as a benchmark for innovative and elevated island dining.
