Appointed as Corporate F&B Consultant for the strategic development of a portfolio of luxury hospitality projects. Scope includes the creation and programming of nine F&B concepts and signature bar experiences across a luxury urban CBD development and resort environment, from positioning and concept strategy through space planning, operational requirements and design coordination.
